Is it expensive?
Básico is free for you: your provider offers it. Premium costs RD$ 900 a month and Ultra RD$ 2,400.
How do I know the technician came?
On arrival and departure, they scan your home’s NFC tag with their phone. You receive the server time and the photos.
What if the technician does not scan the tag?
Then the visit is not proven: it is flagged for review and your provider checks it. We prefer to tell you plainly.
My technician is not comfortable with phones.
The technician app is simple: scan, photo, done. If something fails, they are never blocked: the visit is reviewed later.
What about my privacy?
You see the proof of every visit. The technician’s personal details stay with your company: you talk to your provider.
