Who processes your data
Prooba, a service-proof platform using NFC tags. For any question or request about your data, use the contact page.
Data we collect
- Email address, name and phone number of the service company’s manager (the boss).
- Photos of each visit, taken by the technician with the app.
- Voice notes sent within the app’s messaging.
- Position during the service, only while the visit is in progress.
- Technical error logs, without personal data.
What we use it for
- Proving each service: server time, NFC tag and photos.
- Enabling messaging between the parties, always through the boss.
- Preparing billing for the service company’s subscription.
Automatic transcription and translation
Voice notes and messages may be transcribed and translated automatically. These are automatic tools and may contain errors.
What each person sees
The owner receives neither the full name nor the phone number of any technician. The boss is the only gateway between technician and client.
Hosting and third parties
Data is hosted with Supabase. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
This website
This site has no accounts, tracking cookies or audience measurement. Your language and theme are saved only in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through the contact page. The retention period will be specified during the legal review.
